From time to time I have been known to share my theory that even though feature films may have been what inspired many of us to become animators in the first place, they are the fools gold of the modern animation industry. I've always thought that people drastically underestimate the massive effort it takes to pull everything together it takes to make a feature. But now to ad insult to injury comes the news that its not even worth doing for the pay. Yee Gad!
This is why I preach that you have to love the process of making and crafting animation, if you do then you are immune to this kind of stuff. It becomes peripheral.
