It is the last few months of the course @ SBIT for the second year students. A time to look around at various animation studios and the type of work that they produce. Blue Rocket seem to have a GSOH*. *An important asset in an animation studio.
I saw a lecture by a guy from an FX studio which worked on Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes. (I have forgotten which studio. Might have been Rhythm and Hues.) It featured a section called "Unleash Your Inner Flaming Ape"... a gag reel, actually, where the running joke in the studio had become a (live action) screaming burning ape inserted randomly into a shot during daily reviews, even after they went on to other films. Every studio needs its own "ape" of some kind, even though it's usually a sign of an editor or compositor teetering on the brink...

Every studio should have one.
