I can see now that in both animations this guy is really wonderful at creating suspense and unexpectedness. I really like his backgrounds and the great animation.
I thought his student animation could have done with a few more inbetweens because it was quite choppy in some places. But he seems to have made it his style. The story certainly seems very important and I agree it is a well timed and textured short film.

But I still hold true to the belief that this is the best animation ever made in the history of humankind.
